Delivery Fees

We are pleased to offer Free Delivery to all our Customers in West Malaysia. Please contact us if you require delivery to East Malaysia.*

All our rugs are made to order and undergo stringent quality checks before they are delivered to you. This process is estimated to take around 3-4 weeks.

Some rugs may take longer to manufacture due to its complexity. Please contact us for a more accurate delivery lead time.

Please contact us immediately via our website Chat feature or email us at customerservice@mollyrugs.com. Your order can be modified if the manufacturing process for your original order has not started.

Please contact us immediately via our website Chat feature or email us at customerservice@mollyrugs.com. Your shipping address can be changed if your order has not left our warehouse.

Please ensure that you are available to accept delivery.
If delivery is missed, a second delivery attempt can be arranged, costs of which will be borned by the Buyer.
